Khí quyển là lớp vỏ dạng khí ngoài cùng của Trái Đất, khối lượng chủ yếu (tới 9/10) tập trung ở độ cao dưới 16 km, trên 100 km khối lượng không đáng kể. Độ cao của khí quyển trên Trái Đất rất khó xác định chính xác, song cũng có thể xác định tương đối theo tỷ trọng không khí, vì tỷ trọng của không khí tỷ lệ nghịch với logarit độ cao. Một số hiện tượng quang điện trong khí quyển còn có thể quan sát thấy ở độ cao 1100 km, cho phép phán đoán về dấu vết của độ cao này. Ngoài ra, các chất khí còn tồn tại bên dưới mặt đất nữa. T hực trạng thu hồi đất nông nghiệp hiện nay của cả nước, cũng như ở nhiều tỉnh, thành phố không có quỹ đất dự phòng, trong khi số nhân khẩu ở nông thông ngày một gia tăng đã dẫn đến tình trạng bức xúc về giải quyết việc làm ở 2 những khu vực này, nhất là những người nông dân ở độ tuổi lao động bị thu hồi đất. Thực tiễn cho thấy có một số nông dân bị thu hồi đất rơi vào cảnh “ba không”: không đất, không nghề nghiệp, không nhà cửa. Nutrition-sensitive agriculture (NSA) interventions are of increasing interest to those working in global health and nutrition. However NSA is a broad concept, and there are numerous candidate NSA interventions that could be implemented in any given setting. While most agriculture interventions can be made “nutrition-sensitive”, there are few guidelines for helping to decide what agriculture component should be tried in an NSA intervention. Based on previous models, we developed a framework with explicit questions about community factors (agricultural production, diets, power and gender), project factors (team capacity, budget, timelines) and external factors that helped our team of agriculture scientists, nutritionists and local officials identify NSA interventions that may be feasibly implemented with a reasonable chance of having positive agricultural and nutritional impacts. Tarn Hoa plum is one of three hybrids of the Japanese plum (Prunus salicina), originating from southern China, and grown between 700 and 1000 m altitude in north-west Vietnam for the domestic market. Along with some leguminous crops grown in rotation with maize, plums are an important source of additional income for smallholders. The aim of the project was to develop competitive value chains for plums with high levels of smallholder engagement. The research design was both structured and adaptive, based on participative action research. In addition, sensory evaluation to determine optimum measurable indicators of ripeness (soluble solids and hardness) based on consumer preferences was conducted to adjust time of harvesting.
